Petra Nemcova is a Czech supermodel. She is really well known and hit the national and international news when she had to hang on a tree for eight hours in Phuket, Thailand when the Tsunami hit in December 2004. Her boyfriend, photographer Simon Atlee, was killed by the waves. She was the cover of Sports Illustrated's swimsuit issue in 2003.
