Alicia Silverstone was born in the UK (London). Both of her parents are british. At an young age she and her family moved to the USA. More precisely to San Francisco. After starting in "The Crush" she went to appear in three Aerosmith videos (Cryin, Amazing and Crazy) that gave her a lot of fame worldwide.
After that se got the leading part in the teenage romantic comedy Clueless. Her next movies did not work as expected and that along with rumors from tabloids got her somewhat out of the scene till she started in Miss Match.
